My struggle with food started with good intention - to take care of my body.
But this slowly spiraled into something that I could not control and above all, it was not taking care of my body, it was harming it.
Through this struggle and recovery, I decided that my calling was to help and prevent others from going through the same pain as I did. I changed my major in college, transferred schools, and decided that I would learn everything I can about nutrition to one day provide eating disorder care to others.
From recovery to revolution.
Today, I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Nutrition Science, specializing in eating disorder care for all ages. But my greatest credential is this: I’m fully recovered. I eat the fries. (Because they are the best things ever!) I live my life. I love my life. And I help my clients do the same because a full recovery is possible for everyone!

Because food should be joyful.
I don’t just want you to survive—I want you to thrive. I believe food should be shared, savored, and satisfying. Eating disorders can steal years of freedom, and I’m here to help you take it back. My practice is a judgment-free zone that welcomes all identities and bodies.
I’m ready when you’re ready.
When I’m not doing my best to change lives…
You can find me reading fantasy novels (big Throne of Glass fan), baking sourdough, painting, hanging with my two pups Murphy and Quinn, or watching Star Wars with my husband Brandon—who’s been cheering her on since kindergarten. (I know, I’m so lucky!) I’m also obsessed with Paris and truly believe that food is a big part of the joy of travel.
