This group was made for you.
I hear you, you’re craving connection.
You feel isolated in your recovery.

When you’re surrounded by others who speak the same language of recovery, everything shifts. You feel seen, validated, and empowered to keep going. In Ava’s Pro-Recovery Support Group, you’ll connect with people who understand the nuance, the fear, the little wins, and the big breakthroughs.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mandy creates space for emotional exploration and grounding during our sessions. One of the best eating disorder clinicians I have worked with for the past several years. Mandie has a great blend of empathy and challenge to help clients recognize how their eating disorder shows up every day.
Registered Dietitian, recovered clinician, and founder of this practice. Ava brings warmth, honesty, and her lived experience to every session.

“When I first began treatment for my eating disorder, I was really nervous and hesitant to start the journey. Although I didn’t feel ready, I knew deep down that it was necessary for my health and recovery. After seeing multiple professionals and having frequent arguments with my parents, I was eventually referred to a nutritionist who helped me begin to understand the importance of proper nutrition and how it was connected to my overall well-being. Ava understood me in a way that others hadn't. She never made me feel ashamed or wrong for struggling with recovery-something I had experienced far too often in the past. Overtime, after many visits, I began to trust her. I even started to look up to her, inspired by both her personal journey and knowledge. Throughout our work together, I came to realize how much I truly wanted to recover-not just for myself, but for the people I love most.”
